I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company. They broke my AC during the service and assured me that a technician would come to fix it. Since then, they have stopped answering my calls and have completely ignored my follow-ups. Such unethical behaviour is unacceptable. Please be cautious and avoid using their services to save yourself from similar trouble.
